Refund/Cancelation Policy

At Big Tings, we strive to provide exceptional services and resources that support the wellness of our rangatahi and whānau. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

1. Cancellations

  • Workshops and Events:
    Refunds for workshops and events will be issued if you cancel your registration at least 24 hours before the event date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may not be eligible for a refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost will apply. Refunds will no longer be available following the event or workshop.

  • One-on-One Mentoring Sessions:
    Cancellations for mentoring sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full session charge unless discussed with our team or due to an unforeseen incident. Please contact us directly to discuss any special circumstances.

  • Membership and Subscriptions:
    Membership fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products and Resources:
    Physical products purchased through our website can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Include: Your name, order number, and reason for the refund request. We will process your request and notify you of the outcome within 14 days.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

5. No-Shows

Participants who do not attend a workshop, event, or mentoring session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can occur. If you have a special situation requiring consideration, please reach out to us directly, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
